Refund Policy

We're all human

It can be hard to remember when we're communicating through a screen, but we're all human here, and mistakes happen. It's up to us to choose how we react to those mistakes. I choose to own up to mistakes I have made (and will make in the future) and do what I can to rectify them. If your request for a refund at any point dehumanizes me or is verbally abusive, no replacement or refund will be given

What if it arrived broken?

Please contact me with a photo of the box, and the state of it within 7 days of receiving your piece so that we can work together to file an insurance claim with the shipping provider. It is important that you keep all pieces of the broken item until the claim is fully processed and a refund or replacement has been issued. â€‹

Can I return it if it's faulty or I changed my mind? 

Yes of course. I always hope that you will love your new functional art piece, but there may be occasions where you feel it's necessary to return an item.

 

Please contact me first to let me know you require a return within 30 days of when the package was shipped. If shipping is approaching that 30 day mark please email me and I will grant an extension as well as help you track down your package. You will be responsible for the item or items until they reach me, so I suggest using a tracked/signed delivery method.

 

Your refund will be processed within 2 business days of when I have received the item in its original condition. If you return an item to me that is faulty within the first 30 days, which you did not order or for any other reason which is my fault, I will also pay for the return shipping. Alternately, you can keep the faulty item and I will offer a partial refund with no replacement.

Please note that custom orders are non-refundable, but if they are faulty I will produce a replacement.
