Do you ship internationally?

Not right now - sign up for my email list if you'd like to be notified if I ever ship outside of Canada.

When will my order ship?

I currently still work a full time job, and am running Clayley Ceramics alone. I will do my best to ensure that orders will be shipped within 5 business days after ordering. If I am going on a vacation that will prevent this timeline from being met the shop will be temporarily closed. Follow me on instagram @clayley.ceramics for updates on where in the world I am, and when you can expect the store to open again. Thank you for your patience and understanding!

My package was lost or stolen, What can I do?

If you would like to request a "signature upon delivery" tracking number for an extra charge, please email me at clayley.ceramics@gmail.com immediately after placing your order. Clayley Ceramics can not be held responsible if your order is lost or stolen, but if you reach out I will help you find the right place to submit a claim with the shipping provider.
